Lateral Thinking: Nilesh & His Superstitious Boss

Mr.Nilesh is a night watchman in a company. On a certain morning when Mr.Nilesh wants to go home, his boss tells him: I’ll go for a businesstrip to London. Tomorrow I will depart from Amsterdam airport. Mr.Nilesh however advises him to take a cruise. Why should I? asked the boss. This night I dreamed that the plane to London crashes, just before it will land, is the response. The boss smiles first, but since he is pretty superstitious he decides to take the cruise. When he arrives in London, he is told that the plane which he should have taken had crashed. When the boss returns from the trip, he gives a big reward to Mr.Nilesh and immediately fires him. Why?
